Suggested five-minute speaking route

Timing estimate only. About 650 words, roughly five minutes at 125–140 words per minute before discussion. Use the full notes for questions rather than reading every slide word aloud. Source IDs refer to the public meeting deck and evidence briefing.

Vishal's ambition is an age-wise programme across Classes 1–12, bringing together Mind, Body, relationships and communication, Civic, and Vedanta Sanskars. The cultural intentions remain visible: respect for elders, gratitude, truthfulness, kindness and responsible practice. Body retains all six practices, including water, food, movement, rest, hygiene and optional age-appropriate yoga. The next product is a defined age-band package with complete teaching units and adult support. We still need to choose the starting grades, actual Maharashtra context and languages.

The research gives a stronger basis for development. Published programmes show modest benefits for distress, peer relationships, assessed pedestrian skills and broad character outcomes. School activity adds less than one minute of vigorous or moderate activity per day on average. These are different outcomes, with uncertainty, and cannot become one wellness percentage. The UK mindfulness trial also found no added depression-risk benefit over existing social and emotional teaching, and some secondary results favoured the comparison group. We should use both positive and null findings to decide what to build and examine.

Two Indian findings make delivery concrete. In Bihar's SEHER trial, a dedicated counsellor addition improved school climate by 7.33 points on a 28-point scale. The existing-teacher addition showed no clear benefit on that primary outcome. This was continuing delivery at seventeen months, and other teacher outcomes were mixed. In Mumbai, promotion plus free soap reduced illness-related absence episodes by 27 percent among five-year-olds. These studies concern those programmes, not Vedanta. Their practical lesson is to specify who responds, who supervises, what support adults receive, and whether usable facilities exist.

Maharashtra already has substantial provision. The government and aided school counts are separate system populations, not our reach. The School Health and Wellness Programme covers the publicly stated government and aided Classes 6–12 scope. Mulyavardhan already includes cooperation, teacher rehearsal and assessment. Balbharati examples already address responsibility, respectful conversation and coordination. We need to inspect actual lessons, routines and school conditions. A fair evaluation compares current provision with current provision plus a fixed, reviewed Vedanta layer.

Here is one proposed teaching mechanism. A teacher models a paper character asking for specific help with a pattern. The adult responds, and the learner chooses the next step. Children practise a request in an accessible mode and explain their reason. The second situation changes the demand: two characters lack title words, so repeating a shape correction cannot solve the task. The learner identifies the missing information and asks the adult to provide it. We record the actual response and any cue. If help is unavailable, we remedy adult provision. A separate truthful-account and kindness task retains values without judging a child's moral worth.

A department could commission inspectable development outputs: a local curriculum crosswalk and progression, complete representative units in all five areas, learner and teacher materials, observed adult rehearsal, an actual support route, feasibility records, a fair evaluation plan and full costs. Schools, grades, term, languages, rights and service intensity need agreement. We have no established price or impact guarantee. Acceptance concerns usable learning and delivery, not the existence of a presentation.

The proposed stages are development, adult rehearsal, feasibility, independent comparison, then expansion, revision or stopping. Six schools and about 360 pupils is only a feasibility assumption. It cannot certify effectiveness. Costs include development, materials, adult time, cover, coaching, support, safeguards and evaluation. The model must retain costs even when there is no added benefit or delivery fails. Academic, delivery and independent evaluation roles still need appropriate human appointments.

Today we need the first grade and context, the unit that best expresses founder intent, an academic counterpart and workable adult duties, and the evidence standard for expansion. We should return with actual materials, timetable and support minutes, facilities and appropriately anonymised prior records. Those decisions let us produce complete units, an adult-service specification and a costed independent test plan.
